Antonina Tarassiouk is an investment analyst at Reams Asset Management. In this role, she focuses on global interest rates and foreign currencies. Prior to joining Reams in 2022, Antonina was a vice president of sales for Barclays Capital plc. and a portfolio manager and trader for the Central Bank of Mexico. Ms. Tarassiouk earned a master’s degree from the Yale School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico.

Ben serves as a liaison between the portfolio management teams at Thornburg and key investment decision makers in the industry. He covers a variety of strategies and asset classes, spanning domestic and international equities, alternatives and fixed income. Ben represents the firm’s global investment capabilities and advises clients, prospects, and consultants on global investing issues. He joined Thornburg in 2025.Ben has over 30 years investment management experience. For 13 years, he served as vice president and portfolio advisor at Wellington Management Company. He was also a senior vice president and portfolio strategist for Hartford Investment Management Company. Prior to that, he was director of investment strategy for Capital Advisors Group. Ben began his career as global bond analyst/trader at Standish Mellon Asset Management. He earned his BS in finance from Siena College and his MBA from Boston University. He is a CFA charterholder.
Investment Specialist
Patricia Tomas joined Alken AM in 2016 as Investment Specialist. She began her career in 2002 with Belgravia Capital, an asset management company, where she worked as a research analyst covering telecoms and media sectors. She moved to London in 2007 to work at AIG Investments as an analyst covering energy and consumer sectors within the European Small & Mid cap team. Prior to joining Alken, she worked at Quilter Cheviot as a research analyst covering consumer, luxury goods and retail sectors. Patricia graduated from Pontificia Comillas University in Madrid with a double degree in Business Administration and Law. She has 24 years of industry experience.
Senior Director, Southern Region Wealth Management Channel
Deborah is Senior Director for the Southern Region of the Wealth Management Channel team at S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI). She is responsible for educating investment professionals on benefits and strategies for index-based investing. Her role entails presenting index education at educational forums, on webinars and at partner-sponsored events, as well as direct communication and delivery of S&P DJI research and content.
Prior to joining S&P DJI, Deborah was the Regional Director-Southeast for Sage Advisory Services, where her responsibilities included overseeing sales, marketing and client servicing in the U.S. Southeast for the firm’s tactical ETF strategies and fixed income investment strategies. Before this role, she was part of Sage’s Marketing & Product Development team, which included marketing initiatives, serving as a resource for various platform clients and data reporting within the tactical ETF strategies. In her 15 years in the finance industry, she has held other roles that also included work as a financial advisor.
Deborah received her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in finance from Hardin-Simmons University and her Master of Investment Management and Financial Analysis from Creighton University, and she is a Certified Fixed Income Practitioner. She co-established the South chapter of Women in ETFs and is currently the co-chapter head. She lives in Charleston, South Carolina, and enjoys travel, fishing and time on or near the water.
Dr. Claus te Wildt is a distinguished and experienced financial services executive and a highly respected thought leader in the asset management industry. He has earned a reputation of being able to break down the complex and sometimes confusing global investment landscape for advisors and their clients. As a noted speaker at major industry events, Dr. te Wildt ensures that financial advisors benefit from actionable portfolio implementation ideas and greater confidence in articulating those ideas and strategies to their clients.
Previously, Dr. te Wildt headed the Capital Markets Strategy Group of Fidelity Investments for 18 years. In that role, he formulated and communicated Fidelity’s capital market view to Fidelity Institutional clients in the intermediary channel. Dr. te Wildt was also a regular speaker at the national and regional conferences of most major broker-dealer firms, including events organized by Merrill Lynch, UBS, and Wells Fargo. His commentary was published on Fidelity.com, he created Fidelity’s Investment Themes market outlook series and co-hosted its “Thinking Outside the Portfolio” podcast.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Dr. te Wildt co-founded teMac Investments, an advisor firm that operated similar to a hedge fund. He also held a variety of senior and executive positions at GT Global and Dresdner RCM and worked as a consultant at Bain & Company. Dr. te Wildt earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in finance from the University of Colorado and a Doctor of Political Science (PhD) in finance from the University of Kiel in Germany.
In addition to speaking engagements, Dr. te Wildt is now working as an independent consultant where he advises clients on portfolio construction, client communication, crisis management, support of client acquisition and retention, and executive coaching.
Dr. te Wildt lives with his wife outside of Boston where they raised two children. In his spare time, he golfs, cheers for his hometown club Borussia Dortmund, and supports various Cancer Foundations.
Deputy Chief Investment Officer
Jeffrey Sherman, DoubleLine’s Deputy Chief Investment Officer, is a thought leader, portfolio manager and public speaker in the industry. Mr. Sherman is a member of DoubleLine’s Fixed Income and Global Asset Allocation committees, and he serves as lead portfolio manager for the firm’s multi-sector and derivative-based strategies. In his role, Mr. Sherman guides the investment teams in developing top-down macro views and collaborative asset allocation processes throughout a market cycle. Additionally, he is a member of DoubleLine’s Executive Management Committee. In 2018, Money Management Executive named Mr. Sherman as one of “10 Fund Managers to Watch” in its yearly special report. Prior to joining DoubleLine in 2009, Mr. Sherman was a Senior Vice President at TCW, where he worked as a portfolio manager and quantitative analyst focused on fixed income and real-asset portfolios. Prior to that, he was a statistics and mathematics instructor at the University of the Pacific and Florida State University. Mr. Sherman taught Quantitative Methods for Level I candidates in the USC/CFALA CFA® Review Program for many years. He holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of the Pacific and an M.S. in Financial Engineering from Claremont Graduate University. Mr. Sherman is a CFA® charterholder.

Santiago de Haedo is the co-founder and head of MaximUs, a financial technology platform that enables advisors to create investment proposals across asset classes—quickly, professionally, and in full regulatory alignment. He is also a senior consultant and co-founding partner at LATAM ConsultUs, where he works closely with wealth managers, RIAs, private banks, and brokers throughout Latin America.
Santiago began his career in investment advisory, working with financial institutions in Uruguay across portfolio construction, product analysis, and client support. In 2022, he co-founded MaximUs to streamline how advisors build and present investment proposals, combining technology, regulatory alignment, and practical tools to enhance commercial effectiveness.
Through his role at LATAM ConsultUs, he supports advisory teams across the region with portfolio design, fund selection, and investment strategy. He also contributes actively to the firm’s Investment Committee. Santiago is a CFA Charterholder.

Jeff Chang has over 20 years of experience in financial services and asset management, and is responsible for driving product strategy, research and positioning of the firm’s product offerings across all distribution and marketing channels.
Prior to co-founding Vest in 2012, Mr. Chang worked at ProShares, where he was responsible for investment research and product management.
Previously, Mr. Chang worked at FBR & Co., a middle market investment bank. Mr. Chang’s primary focus was FBR’s trading platform, which included equity, high yield, convertible securities, listed options and mortgage trading. He has also worked at Freddie Mac and the World Bank.
Mr. Chang is a CFA charterholder, an instructor for the CFA review for Kaplan Schweser, and a CPA review instructor for Becker Professional Education. He has also held CPA and CFE certifications. Mr. Chang attended the United States Naval Academy and the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Renato Weiss is a Managing Director on the Secondary team primarily focused on the origination, evaluation, and execution of non-U.S. secondary opportunities including partnership and GP-led transactions.
Renato joined Lexington as a vice president in 2016 from Goldman Sachs Brazil, where he was a vice president in investment banking. Prior to that, he was an analyst in investment banking at Citigroup Brazil. Renato graduated from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas with a BBA and from INSEAD, France with an MBA.

Toreigh Stuart joined Garrington in March 2021. At Garrington, Toreigh’s focus has been to provide international investors the ability to access exposure to private debt investments originated and managed by Garrington through the Garrington Private Credit Strategy.
Toreigh is also responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing investment opportunities, while serving in an oversight capacity on behalf of the Garrington Private Credit Fund. Toreigh has been a member of Garrington’s Senior Investment Committee for the past several years.
Prior to joining Garrington, Toreigh has held a senior role as the Chief Executive Officer at each of Next Edge (2014-2021), Man Investments Canada Corp. (2006-2014) and BluMont Capital Corp. (2000-2006).
Toreigh earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Toronto. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations.

Derek Yan is a Senior Investment Strategist at KraneShares with 10 years of experience in the financial industry. Derek has been a critical member in developing and overseeing the firm’s investment strategies, as well as providing thought leadership and market insights to its global clients.
With his extensive background in investment research and deep understanding of global markets, Derek plays a crucial role in shaping the investment philosophy and product lineup at KraneShares. He works closely with the firm’s research and product development teams to identify emerging trends, evaluate market opportunities, and design innovative ETF solutions that cater to the evolving needs of investors.
Prior to joining KraneShares, Derek held the position of Research Analyst at AMAC, where he gained extensive experience in asset management. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and an active member of the CFA Institute.
Derek received a Masters of Business Analytics degree concentrated in quantitative analysis and finance from the McCallum School of Business at Bentley University and a Bachelor of Economics degree from Peking University.
